The 39th Annual Grothaus SAY Soccer Tournament

 

 Saturday, November 4th and 5th, 2023

Two Game guarantee on Saturday; Semi’s & Finals on Sunday (up to 4 game max)

(Depending on number of teams, could possibly have Friday games)

1st & 2nd place individual awards

                                           

WHO MAY ENTER

• Open to all SAY teams for the Fall 2023 Season (no non-SAY all-star or select teams).

• Guest players are not permitted for Rec teams (including combining players from different teams)

• Teams eligible to participating in the State Tournament are not permitted.

 

DIVISIONS

• Male & Female U6 Candy (5v5), Saturday games only, all participants receive a medal

• Male & Female U8 Passers (7v7), U10 Wings (7V7), U12 Strikers (9V9), U14 Kickers (11v11), U16-19 High School (9v9)

• Separate Divisions for teams based on team record (over .500/under .500) - with sufficient numbers

AGE MATRIX

• For the tournament, we will use the gold age matrix
• Programs who traditionally use the silver age matrix are welcome to participate, but will be playing up to the gold matrix divisions.

LOCATION

• All games played at New Finley Ray Park in Milford Ohio
• No pets, glass bottles or coolers permitted at the park
• Full concession stand

REGISTRATION

• Registration form is available below and will need to be filled our and scanned to milfordsay@gmail.com
• Fees: Candy $120, Passers $200, Wings $220, Strikers/Kickers $280, High School $300
• Entries on first-come basis until divisions are full
• Entry deadline is Saturday, October 28, 2023
  • Registration form, signed roster need to be scanned and emailed to milfordsay@gmail.com
  • Payment will be collected at the check in.

• Team names will be shown on the back of tournament shirts
• Pre-order you shirts and save $.
• Shirts will also be available at the tournament on a limited basis.
